Como universidad nacional de "Doble Primera Clase", el campus de Zhuhai del Instituto de Tecnología de Beijing se compromete con un enfoque educativo "innovador, internacional y completo", formando talentos integrales con excelencia académica y capacidades prácticas.

Como contratista del proyecto de renovación de dormitorios estudiantiles y espacios públicos, el Grupo Xiangshi Furniture se adhirió a una filosofía de diseño central basada en que «la amistad con el medio ambiente y la salud van primero». Profundamente alineado con el contexto del campus, todas las configuraciones de mobiliario comercial se desarrollaron en torno a tres estándares clave: seguridad ambiental, durabilidad y comodidad. Desde la selección de materiales hasta el diseño funcional, el proceso siguió una lógica centrada en el ser humano, con el objetivo de crear espacios universitarios que favorezcan tanto la vida cómoda como el aprendizaje activo.

Espacio de Dormitorio: Equilibrio entre Materiales Ecológicos y Eficiencia Espacial
Como entorno principal de vida para los estudiantes, el dormitorio fue diseñado con durabilidad + eficiencia espacial como palabras clave, creando un «segundo hogar» seguro y práctico.

Todos los muebles para dormitorios utilizan tableros ecológicos de grado E0, conformes con la nueva norma nacional, eliminando desde la fuente los riesgos derivados de sustancias nocivas como el formaldehído. La combinación de tonos madera y blanco en armarios, escritorios y somieres aporta una calidez hogareña al entorno seguro.

Cada espacio para cama presenta una distribución tridimensional que integra cama alta + escritorio + armario + estantería abierta. El armario de dos puertas incluye divisiones internas para almacenamiento colgado y plegado, con un compartimento inferior para maletas y artículos de temporada. Las estanterías multicapa situadas encima del escritorio forman un rincón de estudio eficiente, logrando la integración vertical de las funciones de estudio, almacenamiento y descanso.

Los herrajes de cajones y armarios son seleccionados de marcas de primera línea, probados para más de 100.000 ciclos de apertura y cierre, con resistencia a la corrosión y oxidación conforme a estándares líderes en la industria, prolongando la vida útil de los muebles mediante un diseño detallado.

Para espacios públicos como salas de seminarios, salas de estudio, zonas de actividades y salas de discusión, Xiangshi desarrolló módulos flexibles y adaptables basados en las diversas necesidades de los estudiantes: aprender, socializar y descansar.

Desde la protección ecológica segura en dormitorios hasta la adaptación basada en escenarios en áreas públicas, Xiangshi siempre coloca las necesidades humanas en el centro del diseño. En el proyecto del Campus BIT Zhuhai, Xiangshi no solo suministró muebles que cumplen con las más altas normas ecológicas nacionales, sino que también, mediante una profunda comprensión de los estilos de vida y patrones de estudio de los estudiantes, garantizó que cada producto represente una fusión de funcionalidad y calidez.
