In quanto università nazionale «Doppio Primo», il campus di Zhuhai dell'Istituto di Tecnologia di Pechino si impegna per un approccio educativo «innovativo, internazionale e completo», formando talenti a tutto tondo con eccellenza accademica e capacità pratiche.

Come appaltatore del progetto di ristrutturazione della residenza studentesca e degli spazi pubblici, il gruppo Xiangshi Furniture ha aderito a una filosofia progettuale centrale basata sul principio "ecocompatibilità e salute innanzitutto". In perfetta sintonia con il contesto universitario, tutte le configurazioni degli arredi commerciali sono state sviluppate attorno a tre standard chiave: sicurezza ambientale, durabilità e comfort. Dalla selezione dei materiali al design funzionale, l'intero processo ha seguito una logica centrata sull'uomo, con l'obiettivo di creare spazi universitari adatti sia a una vita confortevole che a un apprendimento attivo.

Spazio della residenza: bilanciare materiali ecologici ed efficienza dello spazio
Essendo l'ambiente principale in cui vivono gli studenti, la residenza è stata progettata con i concetti chiave di durabilità e efficienza spaziale, creando una "seconda casa" sicura e pratica.

Tutti i mobili per dormitori utilizzano pannelli ecologici di classe E0 conformi al nuovo standard nazionale, eliminando alla fonte i rischi derivanti da sostanze nocive come il formaldeide. La combinazione cromatica legno-bianco negli armadi, nelle scrivanie e nelle strutture letto aggiunge un tocco di calore domestico a un ambiente sicuro.

Ogni posto letto presenta una disposizione tridimensionale che integra letto a castello + scrivania + armadio + scaffalatura aperta. L'armadio con doppia anta include divisori interni per riporre abiti appesi e capi piegati, con un comparto inferiore destinato a valigie e articoli stagionali. Scaffali a più livelli sopra la scrivania creano un angolo studio efficiente, realizzando l'integrazione verticale delle funzioni studio, archiviazione e riposo.

Le ferramenta per cassetti e armadi provengono da marchi di primissimo livello, testate per oltre 100.000 cicli di apertura e chiusura, con resistenza alla corrosione e alla ruggine conforme agli standard leader del settore, prolungando la vita dei mobili grazie a un design attento ai dettagli.

Per spazi pubblici come aule seminariali, sale studio, zone attività e salotti per discussioni, Xiangshi ha sviluppato moduli flessibili e adattabili basati sull'intera gamma di esigenze degli studenti relative all'apprendimento, alla socializzazione e al riposo.

Le aule seminariali sono organizzate attorno a tavoli lunghi e sedie mobili, completate da moduli divisorio con lavagna bianca e scaffali per supportare scenari collaborativi dinamici come discussioni di gruppo, brainstorming e presentazioni di progetti, migliorando sia l'efficienza collaborativa che il comfort spaziale.

Dalla protezione ecologica nelle residenze studentesche all'adattamento basato su scenari in aree pubbliche, Xiangshi pone sempre al centro del design le esigenze umane. Nel progetto del campus BIT di Zhuhai, Xiangshi non si è limitata a fornire arredi conformi ai più elevati standard ecologici nazionali, ma, grazie a una profonda comprensione degli stili di vita e delle abitudini di studio degli studenti, ha garantito che ogni prodotto incarni una fusione tra funzionalità e calore umano.

In futuro, Xiangshi continuerà a dare priorità a sostenibilità, durabilità e umanizzazione, offrendo soluzioni di arredo commerciale sempre più centrate sull'uomo per università e spazi pubblici, dove il design sostiene realmente la crescita e lo sviluppo delle persone.
