Como uma universidade nacional de "Dupla Primeira Classe", o campus de Zhuhai do Instituto de Tecnologia de Pequim compromete-se com uma abordagem educacional "inovadora, internacional e abrangente", formando talentos completos com excelência acadêmica e capacidades práticas.

Como empreiteira do projeto de renovação do dormitório estudantil e espaços públicos, o Grupo Xiangshi Furniture aderiu a uma filosofia central de design segundo a qual "a amigabilidade ecológica e a saúde vêm em primeiro lugar". Totalmente alinhada ao contexto universitário, todas as configurações de mobiliário comercial foram desenvolvidas com base em três padrões principais: segurança ambiental, durabilidade e conforto. Desde a seleção de materiais até o design funcional, todo o processo seguiu uma lógica centrada no ser humano, com o objetivo de criar espaços universitários que apoiem tanto a vida confortável quanto a aprendizagem ativa.

Espaço do Dormitório: Equilibrando Materiais Ecológicos com Eficiência Espacial
Como ambiente principal de vivência para os estudantes, o dormitório foi projetado com os termos durabilidade + eficiência espacial como palavras-chave, criando um "segundo lar" seguro e prático.

Todos os móveis dos dormitórios utilizam painéis ecológicos de grau E0, compatíveis com a nova norma nacional, eliminando riscos de substâncias nocivas como formaldeído desde a fonte. A combinação de cores em madeira e branco nos guarda-roupas, mesas e estruturas de cama adiciona um toque acolhedor ao ambiente seguro.

Cada espaço de cama apresenta uma configuração tridimensional integrando beliche + escrivaninha + guarda-roupa + prateleiras abertas. O guarda-roupa com duas portas inclui divisões internas para cabides e armazenamento dobrável, com um compartimento inferior para malas e itens sazonais. Prateleiras multicamadas acima da mesa formam um canto de estudo eficiente, alcançando a integração vertical das funções de estudo, armazenamento e descanso.

Os acessórios de gavetas e guarda-roupas são selecionados entre marcas de primeira linha, testados para mais de 100.000 ciclos de abertura e fechamento, com resistência à corrosão e ferrugem atendendo aos padrões líderes do setor — prolongando a vida útil dos móveis por meio de um design atento aos detalhes.

Para espaços públicos como salas de seminário, salas de estudo, zonas de atividades e lounges de discussão, a Xiangshi desenvolveu módulos flexíveis e adaptáveis com base nas diversas necessidades dos alunos de aprendizagem, socialização e descanso.

As salas de seminário são organizadas em torno de mesas longas e cadeiras móveis, complementadas por módulos de quadros brancos e prateleiras divisórias que apoiam cenários colaborativos dinâmicos, como discussões em grupo, brainstorming e apresentações de projetos — aumentando tanto a eficiência colaborativa quanto o conforto espacial.

No projeto do Campus BIT Zhuhai, a Xiangshi não apenas forneceu móveis que atendem aos mais altos padrões ecológicos nacionais, mas também, por meio de uma profunda compreensão dos estilos de vida e padrões de estudo dos alunos, garantiu que cada produto represente uma fusão entre funcionalidade e acolhimento.
