Ulusal "Çift İlk Sınıf" üniversitesi olarak Pekin Teknoloji Enstitüsü'nün Zhuhai Kampüsü, akademik başarıyla pratik becerileri birleştiren bireyleri yetiştirmeyi hedefleyen "yenilikçi, uluslararası ve kapsamlı" bir eğitim yaklaşımına bağlıdır.

Öğrenci yurdu ve kamuya açık alan yenileme projesinin müteahhidi olan Xiangshi Mobilya Grubu, "ekolojik uyum ve sağlık birinci gelir" temel tasarım felsefesine bağlı kaldı. Kampüs bağlamıyla tam olarak uyumlu bir şekilde, tüm ticari mobilya konfigürasyonları çevre dostu güvenlik, dayanıklılık ve konfor olmak üzere üç ana standart etrafında geliştirildi. Öğrencilerin birincil yaşam ortamı olarak yurt, dayanıklılık + mekânsal verimlilik anahtar kelimeleriyle tasarlanarak güvenli ve pratik bir "ikinci ev" oluşturuldu.

Tüm yurt mobilyaları, formaldehit gibi zararlı maddelerin kaynağında riskini ortadan kaldıran yeni ulusal standartlara uygun E0 sınıfı çevre dostu panellerden üretilmiştir. Dolap, masa ve karyola çerçevelerinde ahşap ve beyaz renk kombinasyonu güvenli ortama evrensiz bir sıcaklık katmaktadır.

Her yatak alanı, kattan yatağı + çalışma masası + gardırop + açık rafları entegre eden üç boyutlu bir düzene sahiptir. Çift kapılı gardıropta asma ve katlama depolama için dahili bölmeler bulunurken alt bölmesi bavullar ve mevsimsel eşyalar için kullanılmaktadır. Masanın üzerindeki çok katmanlı raflar, çalışma, depolama ve dinlenme fonksiyonlarının dikey entegrasyonunu sağlayan verimli bir çalışma köşesi oluşturur.
