Som en nationell "Dubbel Förstklassig" universitetskammare är Beijing Institute of Technology's Zhuhai Campus engagerat i en "innovativ, internationell och omfattande" utbildningsstrategi, som fostrar välutvecklade talanger med både akademisk excellens och praktiska färdigheter.

Som entreprenör för renoveringsprojektet av studentbostäder och allmänna utrymmen följde Xiangshi Furniture Group en kärndesignfilosofi där "ekologiskt ansvar och hälsa kommer först". I stark överensstämmelse med campuskontexten utvecklades alla kommersiella möbelkonfigurationer utifrån tre nyckelkriterier: miljösäkerhet, hållbarhet och komfort. Från materialval till funktionsdesign följde processen en mänskocentrerad logik med målet att skapa campusutrymmen som stödjer både bekvämt boende och engagerat lärande.

Bostadsutrymme: Balansera ekologiska material med spatial effektivitet
Eftersom bostaden är studenternas främsta livsmiljö har den designats med nyckelorden hållbarhet och platsutnyttjande, för att skapa ett säkert och praktiskt "andra hem".

Allt sovsalsmöbelbruk använder E0-kvalitetens miljövänliga plattor som uppfyller de nya nationella standarderna, vilket eliminerar risker från skadliga ämnen såsom formaldehyd redan vid källan. Träton och vita färger i garderober, skrivbord och sängar ger en hemtrevlig värme till den säkra miljön.

Varje sängplats har en tredimensionell layout som integrerar loftssäng + studiebord + garderob + öppna hyllor. Garderoben med dubbeldörrar har inre avdelningar för hängande och vikbara föremål, med ett nedersta utrymme för resväskor och säsongsbetonade kläder. Flerlagers hyllor ovanför skrivbordet skapar ett effektivt studiehörn, där studie-, förvarings- och vilotjänster integreras vertikalt.

Handtag och annan metallutrustning till lådor och garderober kommer från ledande märken och har testats för över 100 000 öppnings- och stängningscykler, med korrosions- och rostbeständighet enligt branschens högsta standard – möblernas livslängd förlängs genom detaljrik design.

Allmänna utrymmen: Aktivera sociala platser med ett koncept för "gränslös lärande"
För allmänna utrymmen såsom seminarierum, studiehallar, aktivitetszoner och diskussionslounges utvecklade Xiangshi flexibla, anpassningsbara moduler baserat på elevers fulla utbud av behov relaterade till lärande–socialisering–vila.

Seminarierum är centrerade kring långa bord och rörliga stolar, kompletterade med whiteboard- och hyllpartitionsmoduler för att stödja dynamiska samarbetscenarier som gruppdiskussioner, brainstorming och projektpresentationer – vilket förbättrar både samarbets-effektiviteten och rumslig komfort.

Från ekosäker skydd i studentkorridorer till scenariobaserad anpassning i offentliga utrymmen, placerar Xiangshi alltid människors behov i centrum av design. I projektet för BIT Zhuhai Campus levererade Xiangshi inte bara möbler som uppfyller de högsta nationella miljökraven, utan säkerställde också, genom djup förståelse för studenters livsstil och studievanor, att varje produkt utgör en sammansmältning av funktion och värme.
