En tant qu'université nationale « Double Première Classe », le campus de Zhuhai de l'Institut de technologie de Pékin s'engage dans une approche éducative « innovante, internationale et complète », formant des talents complets alliant excellence académique et compétences pratiques.

En tant que contractant pour le projet de rénovation des dortoirs étudiants et des espaces publics, le groupe Xiangshi Furniture a adhéré à une philosophie de conception centrée sur le principe « l'écologie et la santé d'abord ». Profondément en phase avec le contexte du campus, toutes les configurations de mobilier commercial ont été élaborées selon trois critères clés : sécurité environnementale, durabilité et confort. Du choix des matériaux à la conception fonctionnelle, la démarche s'est appuyée sur une logique centrée sur l'humain, visant à créer des espaces universitaires propices à la fois à un mode de vie confortable et à un apprentissage actif.

Espace Dortoir : Allier matériaux écologiques et efficacité spatiale
En tant qu'environnement principal de vie pour les étudiants, le dortoir a été conçu autour des maîtres mots durabilité + efficacité spatiale, créant ainsi une « deuxième maison » sûre et pratique.

Tous les meubles de dortoir utilisent des panneaux écologiques de classe E0 conformes à la nouvelle norme nationale, éliminant dès la source les risques liés aux substances nocives telles que le formaldéhyde. La combinaison de teintes bois et blanc des armoires, bureaux et lits apporte une chaleur domestique à l'environnement sécurisé.

Chaque couchage dispose d'un agencement tridimensionnel intégrant un lit superposé + bureau d'étude + armoire + étagères ouvertes. L'armoire à deux portes comporte des cloisons internes permettant un rangement suspendu et plié, avec un compartiment inférieur destiné aux valises et aux articles saisonniers. Les étagères multicouches au-dessus du bureau forment un coin étude efficace, assurant l'intégration verticale des fonctions d'étude, de rangement et de repos.

Les quincailleries des tiroirs et des armoires proviennent de marques haut de gamme, testées pour plus de 100 000 cycles d'ouverture et de fermeture, avec une résistance à la corrosion et à la rouille conforme aux normes industrielles les plus exigeantes — prolongeant la durée de vie des meubles grâce à une conception soignée dans les détails.

Pour les espaces publics tels que les salles de séminaire, les salles d'étude, les zones d'activités et les salons de discussion, Xiangshi a développé des modules flexibles et adaptables répondant aux besoins complets des étudiants en matière d'apprentissage, de socialisation et de repos.

Les salles de séminaire sont organisées autour de longues tables et de chaises mobiles, complétées par des modules de cloisons intégrant un tableau blanc et des étagères afin de soutenir des scénarios collaboratifs dynamiques tels que les discussions de groupe, les remue-méninges et les présentations de projets, améliorant ainsi l'efficacité collaborative et le confort spatial.

De la protection écologique et sûre dans les dortoirs à l'adaptation selon des scénarios spécifiques dans les espaces publics, Xiangshi place toujours les besoins humains au cœur de sa conception. Dans le projet du campus BIT de Zhuhai, Xiangshi n'a pas seulement fourni du mobilier conforme aux normes écologiques nationales les plus strictes, mais a également, grâce à une compréhension approfondie des modes de vie et des habitudes d'étude des étudiants, veillé à ce que chaque produit incarne une fusion entre fonctionnalité et chaleur humaine.

À l'avenir, Xiangshi continuera de privilégier la durabilité, la pérennité et l'humanisation, en proposant davantage de solutions de mobilier commercial centrées sur l'humain pour les universités et les espaces publics — là où la conception soutient réellement la croissance et le développement humain.
