به عنوان یک دانشگاه ملی «دوبل فرست-کلاس»، پردیس ژوهای مؤسسه فناوری پکین به رویکردی «نوآورانه، بین‌المللی و جامع» در آموزش متعهد است و استعدادهای متوازنی را تربیت می‌کند که هم از نظر علمی برجسته هستند و هم از توانایی‌های عملی برخوردارند.

به‌عنوان پیمانکار پروژه بازسازی خوابگاه دانشجویی و فضاهای عمومی، گروه مبلمان شیانگ‌شی با پایبندی به فلسفه طراحی اصلی «دوستدار محیط زیست و سلامت در اولویت»، تمامی تنظیمات مبلمان تجاری را با هم‌راستایی عمیق با محیط دانشگاه و بر اساس سه معیار کلیدی ایمنی زیست‌محیطی، دوام و راحتی توسعه داد. از انتخاب مواد تا طراحی عملکردی، فرآیند طراحی منطقی متمرکز بر انسان داشت تا فضاهایی دانشگاهی خلق شود که همزمان از زندگی آسوده و یادگیری فعال حمایت کند.

فضای خوابگاه: ترکیب مواد دوستدار محیط زیست با بهره‌وری فضایی
به‌عنوان محیط اقامت اصلی دانشجویان، خوابگاه با کلیدواژه‌های دوام + بهره‌وری فضایی طراحی شد تا یک «خانه دوم» ایمن و کاربردی ایجاد شود.

تمام مبلمان خوابگاه از تخته‌های سازگار با محیط زیست درجه E0 که مطابق با استاندارد ملی جدید هستند، استفاده می‌کند و خطرات ناشی از مواد مضری مانند فرمالدئید را از مبدأ حذف می‌کند. طرح رنگ چوبی و سفید کمدها، میزها و قاب تخت‌خواب، گرمی‌ای خانگی به محیط امن اضافه می‌کند.

هر فضای تخت شامل چیدمان سه‌بعدی با ترکیب تخت مردابی + میز مطالعه + کمد + قفسه‌های باز است. کمد دو دربی دارای تقسیم‌بندی داخلی برای نگهداری لباس‌های آویزان و تا شده است و بخش پایینی آن برای قراردادن چمدان و وسایل فصلی در نظر گرفته شده است. قفسه‌های چندلایه بالای میز، گوشه‌ای کارآمد برای مطالعه ایجاد می‌کنند و ادغام عمودی عملکردهای مطالعه، نگهداری و استراحت را محقق می‌سازند.

از حفاظت اکولوژیک در خوابگاه‌ها تا سازگاری مبتنی بر سناریو در فضاهای عمومی، شیانگ‌شی همواره نیازهای انسانی را در مرکز طراحی قرار می‌دهد. در پروژه کمپوس BIT ژوهای، شیانگ‌شی تنها مبلمانی را تأمین نکرد که بالاترین استانداردهای اکولوژیک ملی را داشته باشد، بلکه با درک عمیق از سبک زندگی و الگوهای تحصیلی دانشجویان، اطمینان حاصل کرد که هر محصول تلفیقی از کارکرد و گرمی انسانی را به نمایش بگذارد.
